Eye Exerciser is an eye training program designed to improve eyesight. When you exercise your eyes, you move your eye muscles to create up-and-down, side-to-side or circular motion. You also work the muscles controlling back-and-forth movement of your eyes natural lens, to help achieve sight at multiple distances without eyeglasses.

Often, when people use their mobile devices, they tend to watch one spot for a very long time. This causes the eye muscles to stiffen and eyesight to gradually decline. As for me, Ive looked at the screen a lot since I was young. Eventually, my eyes are getting stiff and I have an eye disease that is kind of blind when Im tired. The aim of Eye Exerciser is to stimulate the muscles of the eyes and thereby, improve your vision(your visual acuity). Eye Exerciser includes various programs to exercise your eyes in different ways. If you use Eye Exerciser daily, your vision will gradually improve.

The Eye Exerciser app is a universal app working on iPhone and iPad. If you buy one, then you can use on both devices.

FEATURES

* Basic eye muscle exercises - Basic exercises help you strengthen and stretch muscles of your eyes.
* Advanced eye muscle exercises - Advanced exercises make your eyes use more fine muscles than Basic Program. It may be hard to do exercise but Advanced Program gives better effects.
* Saccade exercise - A saccade is a fast movement of an eye. It can also be a fast shift in frequency of an emitted signal or other quick change.
* Infinity swing exercises - Infinity Swing exercises use the whole of the muscles of your eyes by rolling them around.
* Spiral exercises - Spiral exercises use the whole of the muscles of your eyes by rolling them around.
* And more exercises are being developed :)

KEEP IN MIND WHILE DOING EXERCISES

* Regular exercise is important - It’s not easy to improve eyesight right away. It takes a long time to achieve your goal. Set the time to do exercise every day.
* Open your eyes as wide as possible - During exercise, open your eyes as wide as possible to get effective result.
* Keep the distance from the screen - The recommended distance is about 6 inches(15cm) - 10 inches(25cm) with the phone and 10 inches - 13 inches (25cm - 35cm) with the tablet.

“As bad as my eyes are I have taught them to be better using exercises like this app does than any eye doc ever was able to help.”

“Used this app for one day taking care to maintain proper distance. When the exercises ended, my eyes felt as though they had a good workout. I will continue to use this app.”

“I, like you, get tired eyes from looking into computers, books, TV and other peoples eyes. I also have been wearing glasses since 1st grade, and at 58, I am now wearing progressive trifocals. This application has been a GOD send for the last four (4) years. Thank you!! The exercises are easy to follow and have worked wonders with my eye health. The recent improvements in the circular and spiral exercises are amazing.”

Pros and cons of Eye Exerciser - Eye Training app for iPhone and iPad

Eye Exerciser - Eye Training app good for

This is a great app good I came down from -5 to around negative 4something
Its a great program, but it always asks me to rate it, even though I have already. Then it crashes. The workaround is to double tap the home button and swipe up the app and re-launch it to get to the next program. Thats pretty frustrating.
I, like you, get tired eyes from looking into computers, books, TV and
I suggest you put back : -the random program feature which automatically chooses exercises from all categories. -the progress bar -the exercises with the ball moving on the screen and zooming in and out Please also implement a button to allow us to stop the exercise and go back to the main menu.
App used to have exercises for depth that work on focusing...would like to see these types of exercises added. Dev is updating app more frequently now, so that is appreciated.
Quality! There possibility of this helping the health and look of my eyes is so apparent! Developer, I sincerely thank you for such an amazing concept and turning it into an app! After doing the basic exercises, my eyes are open wider and I just know this is going to help me! Thank you!

Some bad moments

The "manual" mode wont run on my iPad 2. Its a big part of the paid version and it doesnt function. Tried to contact the developer; the "app support" and "developer" links on the App Store page both go to the same home page and theres no contact info or link. So much for any support. Other than that, I have been doing eye exercises for 2 years. I know they work for me because whenever I stop for a week or 2, my sight drops off a full diopter or more. This app is a good addition to my routine. The part that works, that is.
Its a great program when it works, but too often the images dont appear and all there is is a blank screen. Wish they would get rid of the bug. Tried deleting it from device and re-installing, but only lasts 1 or 2 sessions.
It is a good program when it works smoothly, but this program freezes frequently, or even when it works, it often malfunctions. I hope the bugs of the program to be resolved soon.
Recommended by a friend when she showed me it crashed after every exercise. Mine is doing the same. Its a good app but, needs an update.
Not useable. Starts up with figure corrector in place but what I think to be the ball is seen as a half ball stuck in the upper left corner. I was a big user of the previous version
It doesnt work, it freezes at all time, dont buy it until they fix it
